How did the word buddha bowl come about?
My friends started asking me about this, and I honestly have no idea. We looked it up, and the definition left us even more confused. According to Urban Dictionary, a buddha bowl is “a bowl which is packed so full that it has a rounded “belly” appearance on the top much like the belly of a buddha”. Um, huh? One thing I do know- these bowls are freaking DELICIOUS! I eat them almost everyday, and there are so many different ways to switch them up.
