Happy hump day! I’m currently writing this at 7:30 PM before my fourth and final (yes, FOUR) fantasy draft, so I have to keep this short and sweet.
Today started off with some recipe testing, which were some grain free waffles that will becoming soon. By soon, I mean a few months- sorry, I gotta be prepared for the craziness we call life! Anyways, I added almond butter and berries to mine, which was a 10/10 decision.
I spent the morning blogging and doing homework, and then realized I needed a haircut. So, I went off to my local Super Cuts but not without snacks, duh. I had one of these peanut butter jelly bars (recipe coming soon) and a kombucha from Sprouts. I’ve found that the store brands of booch taste almost the same and are waaaayyyy cheaper. Life hack right there.
After getting my haircut, I dashed home to make lunch since I was starving. I made some tostada’s with crispy tempeh, mushrooms (eaten before the picture), 1/2 an avocado, romaine, and salsa. Super ugly, super good.
I spent the rest of the day working on college apps and doing some reading to get ahead, but not without a snack. I had a peanut butter Perfect Bar around 4:00 to hold me over until dinner. This is hands down my favorite flavor- SO BOMB.
Dinner was some MORE recipe testing of some crispy peanut tofu with an easy stir fry. Sorry I can’t give you the recipe now, but as you can guess, it’s coming soon! Can you tell I’m on a peanut butter kick?
And then I had three or four peanut butter cups and passed out early since I had school the next day. Sorry this was so quick, but I gotta get ready for my draft. See you in a few days, foodies!
