Hey again- it’s Wednesday, and you know what that means! These don’t need much of an introduction, so let’s get started.
We were low on fresh fruit, so I loaded up a bowl of flaxseed oatmeal (recipe coming soon) with a tooonnn of frozen fruit (cherries + raspberries + blueberries) and added some coconut shreds + greek yogurt. So filling and tasty!
Had a review session for my french class that day, so I had to eat inside. Packed a bowl of left over pasta (carrrrbbbbbssss) and added some chicken + nutritional yeast over a bed of greens. Also had an unpictured fruit bowl per usual.
Enjoyed one of these lovely Kashi bars, as they are my new obsession. Salty and sweet all in one!
The most random bowl of food to ever come across social media. I scrambled up two eggs and paired them with some black beans + cubed tomatoes + roasted veggies (bell pepper, brussel sprouts, and onions) + avocado (!!!!). I’ve been obsessed with avocados, as you can see in my latest Saturday Obsessions. Also added some feta cheese after I took a presentable photo, and loaded it up with hot sauce.
If you’re wondering what I do while I eat dinner, I’m currently obsessing over the NBA and NHL playoffs. If football was on, this would be the best time of the year!
Fun fact- I’m rooting for the Ducks in hockey and the Celtics (I know they’re gonna lose but still) and the Spurs in basketball.
Ended my night with my usual combo of apple + rice cakes, so I didn’t photograph that. Hope you all enjoyed, and I’ll see you in a few days with another post!
