I’VEEEEE MAAADDDDEEEEEE IT!!!!!!!!! When you’re reading this, I will be either a.) taking one of my last two finals or b.) DONE WITH FINALS AND ONTO SUMMER!!! Can not contain my excitement. I leave for Paris in las than two days, and there is so much to do, but I’m so excited for everything that it holds. Managed to capture a day of eats for school (last one for three months!!!) so here we go… onto the food!
Seriously obsessing over this combo. Ezekiel bread (Food For Life brand) with mashed avocado and microwaved poached eggs (seriously the biggest time saver) . Also enjoyed a juicy pear on the side!
Of course I added a ton of hot sauce after I took the presentable photo 😉
If you’ve been following this blog for a while, then you know I keep lunches simple. Some sort of protein, some sort of grain, some cheese or something for fats, and some veggies. Today was prepped chicken with chickpeas, feta, and a ton of veggies (bell pepper, kale, tomatoes, and arugula). Enjoyed a fruit bowl on the side as well!
On my way to a tennis lesson, I tried this KIND bar. Verdict: BEST FLAVOR EVER (I’m very hyper today aren’t I?) But seriously it was so good and I will defiantly be picking up more of these… plus it gave me the perfect tennis fuel.
Didn’t feel like cooking my dinner today, so I just threw a bunch of things in a bowl and called it a meal. Threw some zoodles (zucchini noodles) in a bowl, sautéed some vegetables and added some chickpeas, an over easy egg, and some feta cheese for a quick meal!
