Happy July everyone! July is my second favorite month of the year (even though I go to my favorite place on earth- camp- and it’s my birthday month, December always wins due to Christmas/the holiday season), and I’m so excited with everything it has in stock. Lets start the month off with a WIAT!!
Breakfast- what better way to start off the day than with a big bowl of egg white oats? A nice bowl of hot oatmeal will always be my go to meal, even if its 80 degree’s outside and I’m drenched in sweat. Topped these oats with fresh berries, Purely Elizabeth granola, passion fruit dark chocolate (OBSESSED!!), Wild Friends Honey Pretzel PB, and of course, a fresh peach!
Lunch- Finished off an intense tennis clinic and rushed to take a practice ACT test. Therefore, I packed a sandwich the night before to eat while I was driving. It consisted of turkey, arugula, tomato, mustard, and avocado all on Ezekiel bread.
Snack- I was stuck in traffic and starving, so I pulled out a mini GoMacro bar that they sent me (I ADORE the company!! Review coming soon 😉 ) This was the sunflower butter and chocolate flavor, and it was delicious. I hate sunflower seeds, so I thought I wouldn’t like this, but it’s actually one of my favorite flavors!
Dinner- Finally tried out black bean pasta, and I was not disappointed. I paired it with feta cheese, some veggies, quinoa, beans, and tomatoes. Easy and delicious!
Drank one of these Le Croix’s along with dinner (favorite carbonated drink). All the flavors are unique and since it is made with all natural ingredients, it’s a win-win!
Dessert- Enjoyed a pint of Halo Top Ice Cream (such a great brand as well, and the flavors are delicious!) while I binge watched Gilmore Girls (AKA my new obsession)
